Kika Sport garments are made to perform. Following these care instructions will help your sportswear keep its colour, shape and quality for longer.
Cold wash with similar colours. Wash in cold water with similar colours to help preserve colour and prevent bleeding or fading.Air or line dry in the shade. Drying in the shade, rather than in a dryer, helps extend the life of your garments.Do not tumble dry. Tumble drying can cause shrinkage, damage and premature wear.Do not iron. Polyester is sensitive to heat; ironing can cause the fabric to melt or lose its shape.Use a wash bag. A wash bag protects garments from tangling and stretching and helps prolong their lifespan.Bright colours and fluoro shades may naturally fade over time. Following these instructions will help maintain the quality of your sportswear. Care requirements can vary between styles, so please always follow the care label on each garment.
If you have any questions about caring for your garments, please use Contact us on this page and our team will be happy to help.

This Australian website is operated by Tonga Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 76 667 032 251), trading as Kika Sport, Ettalong Beach NSW. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to that operator. This policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with enquiries, orders, teamwear programmes and this website.
Our privacy framework
We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Statutory obligations under that Act apply to the extent that Kika Sport is an entity covered by it. This policy does not restrict any privacy rights available under applicable law.
Information collected and how it is obtained
Depending on your dealings with us, information may include your name, contact and delivery details; organisation or club; order, payment-status and transaction records; garment sizes and personalisation details such as names and numbers; artwork you provide; and correspondence, feedback and return requests. Website access may generate technical records such as IP address, browser details and pages requested. Payment providers collect the payment details needed to process your chosen payment method.
We collect information directly when you contact us or place an order, and may receive relevant team-order information from your club, school, nominated coordinator or representative. Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose should be supplied. Please ensure that you have authority to provide information about others, including appropriate parent or guardian involvement for children. Do not send health or other sensitive information unless it is necessary and we have agreed a lawful way to handle it.
You may make a general enquiry anonymously or under a pseudonym where practicable. Without information needed to identify, produce, pay for or deliver an order, we may be unable to provide the requested service.
Purposes and disclosures
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and artwork, manage approved rosters and sizes, produce and deliver orders, process payments, provide support and remedies, maintain business records, protect against fraud and meet legal obligations. We may disclose relevant information to service providers involved in production, payment processing, delivery, website hosting, business email and IT support; professional advisers; your nominated team-order coordinator where needed to administer that order; and authorities where required or authorised by law. We limit disclosure to the relevant purpose and apply appropriate confidentiality and security arrangements.
Overseas handling
Hosting, email, payment and other service providers may store or handle information outside Australia. The countries involved depend on the services used for your transaction; their locations have not yet been confirmed for publication. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry or order. Where an overseas disclosure is subject to APP 8, we must take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient does not breach the APPs, unless a lawful exception applies, and may remain accountable for its handling. Using the website does not by itself waive those protections or amount to consent to an unprotected overseas disclosure.
Website technologies and marketing
Website and payment services may use cookies or similar technologies for necessary functionality and security. Your browser can restrict cookies, although this may affect functionality. This policy does not constitute consent to optional tracking; information about any optional analytics or advertising technologies must be provided when those services are introduced.
Marketing email and SMS must comply with the Spam Act 2003: we require valid consent, identify the sender and provide accurate contact details and a clear unsubscribe facility. You can withdraw marketing consent using that facility or by contacting us. Requests will be honoured within five working days, without a fee or requiring an account login. The unsubscribe facility remains functional for at least 30 days after the message. Essential order and service communications are distinct from marketing.
Security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These include appropriate access restrictions and secure handling arrangements with service providers. No transmission or storage system is entirely risk-free. We keep information only for as long as needed for its purpose, legal record-keeping and resolving disputes, then take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it when no longer required, subject to lawful retention obligations.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to your personal information or correction of inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date information under APPs 12 and 13. Use Contact us and ask for the person responsible for privacy. We may verify your identity proportionately and will respond within a reasonable period. If access or correction is refused on a lawful ground, we will explain the reason and available complaint options; you may ask us to associate a statement of the correction sought with the record.
For a privacy complaint, please describe what occurred and the outcome sought through the same contact channel. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period. If unresolved, or if you are dissatisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) , subject to its jurisdiction and complaint requirements.
Data breaches and current reforms
We will assess suspected breaches and take steps to contain and remedy them. Where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme applies, an eligible data breach must be notified to the OAIC and affected individuals as required by law. This generally concerns unauthorised access, disclosure or loss likely to cause serious harm where remedial action has not prevented that risk.
The statutory tort for serious invasions of privacy commenced on 10 June 2025 and provides a separate avenue for court remedies where its requirements are met; it is not administered by the OAIC. The additional APP privacy-policy transparency obligations for certain automated decisions commence on 10 December 2026, after this policy’s update date. They are not represented here as already in force. Any applicable disclosures must be reviewed before that commencement and before relevant systems are introduced.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our operations or the law change. The latest version and its update date will be published here. Material changes to information handling will be communicated where required.
The Australian website is operated by Tonga Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 76 667 032 251), trading as Kika Sport, Ettalong Beach NSW. These terms apply to use of this site and orders accepted by that operator. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean that operator.
Consumer rights are preserved Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). If goods fail a guarantee, a remedy is available. For a major failure you may choose a refund or replacement and may have compensation rights. See Refunds and Returns for the full consumer-guarantee statement and process.
Using the website
Use this site lawfully and provide accurate information. You must have authority to place an order for yourself or the organisation you represent. A parent or guardian should arrange purchases for a child who cannot enter a binding contract. Do not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, misuse others’ information or submit unlawful or infringing material.
This website presents proposed products and services. Sample store displays and the coming-soon kit designer are previews, not functioning ordering or design tools. A preview, enquiry or use of the site alone does not place an order.
Quotes, orders and pricing
Website information and an enquiry do not by themselves create a binding order. A quote is not binding until accepted and the order is confirmed in accordance with its stated acceptance process. Check the product, quantities, sizes, artwork, price, delivery and any expressly agreed conditions before acceptance. We will resolve material pricing or availability errors with you before accepting an affected order, rather than substitute goods or charges without agreement.
Prices on the Australian site are in AUD. Consumer prices include applicable GST at 10% for taxable supplies. Delivery and other applicable charges will be disclosed before acceptance. Tax invoices, where required, identify Tonga Capital Pty Ltd, ABN 76 667 032 251. Payment options actually available will be shown at payment; third-party payment or instalment providers may have their own terms. Display of a payment logo does not guarantee approval or availability for every order.
Custom artwork, sizes and payment
For the teamwear journey, the payment schedule is a 50% deposit at artwork approval and the balance before delivery. Review and approve final artwork, colours, logos, spellings, names, numbers, roster, sizes and quantities before production. Customer approval does not excuse faulty manufacture or goods that depart from the agreed specifications. Screen colours and preview images are indicative; discuss material colour requirements before approval.
Custom production proceeds on the approved specifications. Any later requested change requires our agreement and confirmation of any impact on price or timing before proceeding. Voluntary change-of-mind cancellations, refunds and size-change exchanges are not offered for made-to-order or personalised orders. This never limits a statutory remedy. These terms do not impose automatic forfeiture of a deposit where the law entitles you to a refund.
Artwork and intellectual property
You retain rights in logos, names and artwork you own. By supplying them, you authorise us and the providers involved in your order to reproduce and use them only as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce and fulfil that order. You must have permission to use material belonging to a club, sponsor or other third party. We do not acquire ownership of your logo simply because you provide it.
Kika Sport or its licensors retain rights in existing Kika designs, website content and other materials, except where otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Supply of a garment does not transfer copyright in an underlying design. No permission to publish your customer-owned logo for unrelated promotion is created by these terms.
Shipping, returns and privacy
Orders are dispatched from Central Coast NSW, Australia. Processing, production and delivery estimates are separate. Read the Shipping Policy and Refunds and Returns before ordering. We remain responsible for delivery obligations where required by law and do not require you to pursue a carrier instead of us. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy .
Responsibility and limits
We take reasonable care with the site and our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by misuse of the site or circumstances for which we have no legal responsibility. No term excludes our liability for a failure to comply with a non-excludable guarantee, our own unlawful conduct or any liability that cannot be excluded. There is no blanket exclusion of reasonably foreseeable loss or statutory compensation.
Changes, concerns and governing law
Updated website terms apply prospectively from publication and do not retrospectively change an accepted order without agreement or lawful authority. If a provision is unenforceable, it is severed only to the extent necessary without affecting non-excludable rights. For concerns or an order dispute, use Contact us so we can seek a resolution.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. This choice does not remove mandatory protections or access to courts or tribunals available under applicable consumer law.
This policy applies to purchases from Tonga Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 76 667 032 251), trading as Kika Sport, through our Australian site. Our commercial exchange conditions are additional to, and do not restrict, your statutory rights.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty goods, incorrect supply and other guarantee failures
The Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) protects goods that are faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fail a consumer guarantee. For a major failure you may choose a refund or replacement, or keep the goods and seek compensation for their reduced value. For a minor failure we may first provide a free repair, replacement or refund within a reasonable time. If the failure is not remedied within a reasonable time, further rights may arise. Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage may also be available.
We may reasonably assess a claim, but cannot require you to accept store credit instead of a refund to which you are entitled. Statutory rights also apply to custom, personalised, teamwear, bulk and sale goods. A size or item supplied incorrectly by us is not treated merely as a change of mind.
Retail clothing: voluntary exchanges
For off-the-shelf retail clothing, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for a refund. A customer-selected incorrect size or wrong selection may be exchanged only if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods and obtain return approval. For these voluntary exchanges the goods must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging. Final-sale items are excluded from voluntary exchanges. These restrictions never remove consumer-guarantee rights, including for defective sale goods.
Teamwear, community, bulk and custom programmes
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds or size-change exchanges for made-to-order, personalised, teamwear, community or bulk programme orders. Please check size selections, artwork, spellings, numbers and quantities carefully before approval. Customer selection errors are distinct from goods that do not match the approved order or fail consumer guarantees. Manufacturing issues will be assessed for an appropriate remedy, including replacement or exchange where suitable, without restricting any right to a refund.
For a club order, please initially coordinate the request through the club Executive Committee or nominated uniform coordinator so the order can be identified. This administrative process does not prevent an individual consumer from raising or exercising statutory rights directly with us.
How to request assistance
Use Contact us with reasonable proof of purchase, order details, a description of the issue and, where practical, photographs. Please report apparent defects promptly, preferably within 30 days of receipt, so we can investigate efficiently. This is a request for prompt reporting, not a deadline or limit on consumer-guarantee rights; those rights can continue for a reasonable period beyond 30 days.
Please contact us before posting goods so we can provide instructions. Prior approval, photographs, original packaging, unused condition or tags are not prerequisites to a statutory remedy. If a fault is confirmed, we will meet reasonable return costs as required by law; contact us about collection where goods cannot easily be returned. Refunds due under consumer law are normally made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Wear, care and delivery damage
Normal wear, misuse or washing contrary to care instructions does not itself establish a manufacturing defect. We will assess the circumstances fairly; this does not exclude rights where goods lack reasonable durability or have another guarantee failure.
If an order arrives damaged, is missing or appears lost in transit, contact us rather than relying solely on a claim against the carrier. Where we arrange delivery, we remain responsible for our obligations under consumer law and will work with the carrier to investigate and provide any remedy owed.
This policy covers Australian-site orders from Tonga Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 76 667 032 251), trading as Kika Sport. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Dispatch location and processing
Goods are dispatched from Central Coast NSW, Australia, Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. In-stock retail orders received before 2 pm on a business day (NSW local time) are usually dispatched the same day. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Mondays and peak periods, including Christmas and sales, may require additional processing time.
Custom and teamwear orders require artwork, roster and size approval and production before dispatch. Production and delivery estimates are provided with your quote or order confirmation. The retail same-day dispatch estimate does not apply to made-to-order goods. The agreed balance is payable before delivery.
Australian delivery services and estimates
Australia Post standard and express services are available as offered for your order. After dispatch, standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days and express at 2–5 business days, depending on location. These estimates exclude processing and production time. Remote destinations, public holidays, peak volumes and service disruptions can affect transit. Express postage does not shorten custom production time.
Shipping charges and available services will be disclosed at checkout or in your quote before acceptance. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. If you do not receive tracking or the shipment appears delayed, use Contact us .
Delivery details and problems
Please provide a complete, valid delivery address and advise us promptly of errors. We may not be able to change an address after dispatch. Where an incorrect address supplied by you causes a return or re-delivery, we will discuss any reasonable additional cost before arranging it. This does not exclude our responsibility for our own errors or your rights under consumer law.
If goods are damaged, lost, missing or unreasonably delayed, contact us with the order and tracking details and any available photographs. Where we arrange delivery, we remain responsible for our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and will work with the carrier to investigate and provide any remedy owed. Carrier estimates and disruptions do not remove your statutory rights.
International destinations
International delivery is subject to destination and service availability confirmed before you order. Australian domestic transit estimates do not apply internationally; international estimates will be provided for the relevant destination. Customs clearance may add time. Unless expressly included in your quote or checkout total, import duties, local taxes and customs or clearance fees charged by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility. Any known charges we collect will be disclosed before acceptance.
Prices, GST and related policies
Australian consumer prices include applicable GST (10% on taxable supplies). Shipping charges and the total payable are disclosed before purchase. Where a tax invoice is required, it will identify Tonga Capital Pty Ltd and ABN 76 667 032 251. See our Refunds and Returns and Terms of Service for further information. Nothing in this policy excludes consumer guarantees.
